When and How to Turn Off your Psychic Ability

I love to encourage psychic development, but sometimes even I forget that there's a time and a place. I do NOT advocate doing this work if your psychic ability is giving you negative experiences. If it is, time to shut that sh*t down.
I did not ask for this ability it just showed up one day and now it won't go away I'm in my late 50s the ringing in my ear is so uncomfortable unless so long the whispering voices again I did not ask for this search for it I'm not trying to develop my psychic ability like if somebody is bothering you you would tell your dad your husband or your brother that didn't work you would call the police and get a restraining order I can't sleep the ringing in my ear is deafening and it puts me in a very very bad almost violent mood I want it to go away and stop bothering me it's not fair…
