Service Description
Rush Order Readings – How It Works: While my regular readings may take a bit longer due to high demand, this priority option ensures a quicker turnaround. These email readings are prioritized for completion within three days, subject to availability, and are offered when I have extra time for additional sessions. Booking & Approval Process: Please submit a request prior to sending your questions. Rush order requests may not be approved immediately, but will be reviewed and approved as soon as availability opens in my schedule. If your request is approved, you’ll be notified and can choose to move forward or decline if your needs have changed. If the request is declined, it may be due to limited availability, and a rush order may not be possible at this time. Payment & Timeline: Once your request is approved, payment must be completed within 24 hours and your questions must be submitted. If payment is not received within that timeframe, the order will be automatically canceled. After payment and questions are received, you will receive your reading within 3 days. Important Note About Scheduling: The date you select at checkout does not affect your delivery timeline. Rush order readings are prioritized and completed within 3 days of approval, regardless of the date chosen on the calendar. That date is simply a placeholder required by the booking system. Once your request is submitted and approved, your reading will be delivered within the next three days as time opens in my schedule. What You’ll Receive: Lauryn will answer up to 3 of your questions until she reaches 20 minutes. This is an emailed audio recording, not a one-on-one FaceTime session. Once your booking is confirmed, you will send your questions, Lauryn will record your reading, and then email it to you when it is complete. Your questions can be for a psychic, medium, and/or animal communication reading, and you can mix these topics. If you feel you may want to ask follow-up questions or prefer a live experience, you may want to book a timed session of 30 minutes or longer instead.


Cancellation Policy
Refunds: If you change your mind, a refund must be requested within 14 days of booking. After that, payments are non-refundable but can be applied as a credit toward a future session. Payments are non-refundable after the session has taken place, regardless of whether you feel all your questions were answered, or if you felt some of the information was incorrect or not relevant. Your session is a personalized service, and the value is in the time, guidance, and insights provided. Rescheduling: You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice. If a client cancels two consecutive sessions, no refunds or reschedules will be offered. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session, or missed sessions, are not eligible for a refund or credit. Service Fee: All refunds and credits are subject to a service fee.
