Rush Order Emailed Reading
Priority Reading - Request to Book
Service Description
While my regular readings may take longer due to high demand, this priority option offers a quicker turnaround. Rush order email readings are completed within 3 days, subject to availability, and are only offered when I have space in my schedule. WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE: Your rush order includes an emailed 20-minute audio reading (not a live phone or video session). I'll answer up to three questions, or as many as I can thoroughly address within 20 minutes. Your questions may be about psychic, mediumship, and/or animal communication, and you're welcome to mix these topics within the same reading. If you think you'll want to ask follow-up questions or would prefer a live conversation, I recommend booking a live reading of 30 minutes or longer instead. BOOKING PROCESS: Step 1: Submit your rush order request. Please do not send your questions yet. Rush order requests are reviewed based on my availability and may not be approved immediately. Step 2: Wait for approval. If your request is approved, I'll email you to let you know there is space in my schedule. If your request is declined, it simply means I don't have availability for a rush order at that time. Step 3: Pay your invoice. Once your request is approved, you have 24 hours to pay your invoice. Step 4: Email me your questions. After you've paid your invoice, email me your questions. There is no need to wait for another email from me. As soon as your payment is complete, you can send your questions directly by replying to the approval email or emailing me. Step 5: Receive your reading. Once I have both your payment and your questions, your reading will be completed and emailed to you within 3 days. IMPORTANT: The date you select during checkout is NOT the date you will receive your reading. My booking system requires you to choose a date, but that date is simply a placeholder to collect payment. If your rush order is approved, you'll receive your reading within 3 days of me receiving your payment and questions, even if the booking calendar showed an appointment weeks or months in the future.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds: If you change your mind, a refund must be requested within 14 days of booking. After that, payments are non-refundable but can be applied as a credit toward a future session. Payments are non-refundable after the session has taken place, regardless of whether you feel all your questions were answered, or if you felt some of the information was incorrect or not relevant. Your session is a personalized service, and the value is in the time, guidance, and insights provided. Rescheduling: You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice. If a client cancels two consecutive sessions, no refunds or reschedules will be offered. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session, or missed sessions, are not eligible for a refund or credit. Service Fee: All refunds and credits are subject to a service fee.
